Update pics

Well I painted the frame nice shiny black "problem" it never dried even after a week. As it turns out there was a problem with the paint itself not the applicator..





So I washed it off and as it turned out I liked the finish,well I was always in two minds whether to have it gloss or satin ...











So I put a couple of coats of clear on it that's it ..I love it. I have done the shiny thing heaps of times so I like the way it's all going..also being influenced by the whole Hot Rod thing I decided to paint the underside of the guards red , yep the underside..





I will also do this under the tank as I am now painting the alloy tank black to match the guards and I have done a red pinstripe on the rims.





I also named the bike "Double Trouble" because it seems like I'm doing everything twice and it's a twin not to mention being a big fan of Stevie Ray Vaughan and his band.. I'll keep the pics coming now as its now ready to go back together oh except the paint to the tank and engine....
